E-Biking

Guests love exploring Old Bisbee with the help of a Pedal-Assisted E-Bike! Cruising up the hills on our E-Bikes, you can ride most places in town, visiting cool murals, metal sculptures, and statues that spring up on most streets. A very popular option is to ride all the way up Tombstone Canyon, winding your way to the Mule Pass – featuring a “false” continental divide and an exhilarating ride back down to the Bisbee valley below.

Our E-Bikes are sturdy and well powered, with wide tires, which make them not suitable to riding on trails. They are comfortable for streets and gravel paths!

Our riders love the freedom of riding up steep, Mile-High hills without gasping for air! The critical issue is, how comfortable are you riding a regular bike? Provided that riders have good balance, the overwhelming experience is for a safe and fun ride. We always provide a safety briefing followed by a test ride to make sure guests are comfortable.

Our E-Bikes travel at up to 20MPH, with plenty of torque to help you get up Bisbee’s steep hills.  All our E-Bikes include a throttle in addition to Pedal Assist, which boosts the power you generate while peddling.

We accept reservations by appointment! One of our team will meet you at B Active and get you all set up.

Wine Tour

We choose from several terrific wineries in the Sonoita-Elgin area, a very beautiful area that looks very different than the rest of Arizona. Depending on the tour day, the number of guests n the party, and any special requests, we do our best to select the best options for your group. Among the terrific options are Rune, Dos Cabezas, Autumn Sage, Deep Sky Vineyard, Flying Leap, Callaghan, Twisted Union, and Los Milics.

The tour includes the tasting fees at three wineries, and many guests enjoy purchasing a bottle (or two, or three) of selections they enjoy. We bring a box for storage, so you can enjoy your choices later!

Generally, guests are encouraged to bring some food to snack on, and we can accommodate special requests to include stops at a few options that serve lunch. Let us know and we’ll work with you to find the best option for your day!

City Cart Tour

Guests love seeing the unique art that helped save our town. We feature both international and local artists on the journey – Montigue Eaton, Judy Perry, Marcella Lubian, Ben Dale, Jules Muck, Rose Johnson and more. Understanding the evolution of Bisbee and how artists created a new aesthetic is a highlight for visitors.

Bisbee has an incredible history, playing a crucial role in Arizona statehood, and then as an engine of the American economy. You’ll hear stories from the Wild West days, the emergence of the mining companies, and the life of the immigrants who were the lifeblood of the town. You’ll learn about the boom town that went bust, and the reemergence of Bisbee that has made it one of “America’s best historic small towns” (USA Today).

You will travel throughout Old Bisbee, venturing about 2-3 miles up steep roads and exploring several neighborhoods. Guests will get a great lay of the land, seeing and learning about parts of town they may not have explored and getting recommendations for restaurants and other highlights that fit your group’s interests.
