Cancellation Policy:
- Local Bisbee tours: If the tour is canceled within 24 hours or more, we offer a full refund.
- All Other tours: If the tour is canceled within 7 days or more, we will offer a full refund. All tours are subject to $10 per person cancellation fee.
Weather Policy:
- Conditions such as weather are beyond control and due to this, cancellations due to weather are non-refundable.
- We will do all we can to reschedule your tour at a suitable alternative time.
Safety Policy:
- Outdoor activities in the natural world have inherent risks, and all participants are required to sign a Release and Acknowledgement of Risk form before their experience.
- Drinking alcoholic beverages before or during guided tours is prohibited and will prevent your participation in your activity (with the exception of our wine tours).
